These are family run lakes and we can offer help and advice when needed.
The venues are not for the novice and are the perfect choice for those in search of big fish with good facilities and the personal touch at hand.
If you want big carp and great venues, you are in the right place.
A 12 acre gravel pit, 40 years old, set in a very peaceful environment in the French countryside closely bordered by the Marne canal with river Marne not far away. There are 10 swims and 8 anglers can fish per week, each angler having over an acre and there are 4 double swims. There is vehicle access to all swims and you can literally fish out the back of your car! No need to worry about carrying your equipment and your vehicle can be parked in your swim for ease of access.
The lake is situated around a 3.5 hour drive away from Calais and is located a convenient 10 minute drive in a quiet rural area from the nearest motorway junction.
There is a superb head of fish from 20lbs to 72lbs+ with around 40 forties, 12 fifties, 2 sixties, 1 seventy and numerous twenties and thirties. There are also 50 cats to 74lbs. The current stock level is around 250 fish and each year more fish are stocked to maintain a healthy range of specimens.
A scenic 2 acre gravel pit, 30 years old, set in woodland in the French countryside with some stunning looking fish. There are 3 swims and a 6 rod limit for the whole lake, so 2 fishing with 3 rods each or 3 fishing with 2 rods each, I recommend 2 fishing as the best option. There is vehicle access to all swims and you can literally fish out the back of your car! No need to worry about carrying your equipment and your vehicle can be parked in your swim for ease of access.

A new site for 2008 this 10 acre lake is 40 years old, set in a very peaceful environment in the French countryside. There are 8 swims and 6 anglers can fish per week, each angler having over an acre. There is vehicle access to all swims and you can literally fish out the back of your car! No need to worry about carrying your equipment and your vehicle can be parked in your swim for ease of access. The water has never been commercially fished and has an existing stock of fish in excess of 300. There have now been numerous 40lb fish caught and 1 over fifty and the water sees very little angling pressure. January 2009 is set to see another 20 stunning fish of between 30 - 45lbs stocked from the magnificant La Horre North lake, which is a large unfished nature reserve.
The lake is situated around a 4.5 hour drive away from Calais and is located a convenient 15 minute drive in a quiet rural area from the nearest motorway junction.
There is a superb head of fish from 20lbs to 50bs+ and the average weight is over 25lbs. There are also cats to over 70lbs
Virtually untouched apart from the locals who know its potential, not for the novice, heavy tackle is required to stop some of the most powerful fish you will have hooked. Fish with no name and no record, you will be fishing for the unknown with specimens caught to over 60lbs.
Since starting up Lac de Juvigny I have devoted much time in fishing the local area, predominantly on the river Marne. I can guide you to known holding areas and advice can be given on bait and tactics. When you get it right, the rewards are superb with some immaculate fish and mega action (7+ runs a night).
The “RIVER TOURS” give English carp fishermen the opportunity to land on fish, by using my local knowledge you will have a head start and the chance of the most exiting carp fishing you have experienced.
All permits are supplied; there is a four-rod limit, legal night zones and also the chance to fish for large Catfish, Barbel and Chub.
The River is an average 70m wide and 15ft deep, holding carp on average 20lbs. Best time to plan your fishing is between May – September this will minimize risk of high water levels causing a problem.
The package is drive and survive although bait is available. There is a prebaiting service included in the price and I will bait up at least two evenings prior to your arrival with maize and tiger nuts.
For those not quite up for a week of river fishing you can mix and match by fishing LAC DE JUVIGNY and the river, 4 days lake / 3 days river.
