A Carp angler for over 20 years Mark Bryant started Baitworks in 2005.

Starting the business in his parents garage, Mark started to mix and produce baits for local anglers around the Bristol area.

Since day one the catches on these baits were nothing short of incredible. Countless personal bests and lake records were broken by every day anglers who soon became converts to the Baitworks boilies (and still are).

With the ever growing demand for his products Mark decided to move up to the Cotswold Water Park much to the relief of his parents as comments like 'what's that smell?' from neighbours were becoming all to frequent!

Since 2005 Baitworks has grown year on year to a thriving bait business in the South West. From humble beginnings in a garage that was crammed full of ingredients to a now open plan factory in the heart of the Water Park.

The future looks very bright with yet more expansion due year on year.

We pride ourselves on making all our baits from start to end.

From sourcing single ingredients and liquid foods to rolling and bagging the finished product, you can be sure every step is looked over and scrutinised religiously. Unlike many bait companies we don't buy in pre-mixed base mixes nor do we ship out any bait to be contract rolled for us. All of our products are done in house under strict guidelines. Even now it amazes me how other companies can band the word 'Quality bait' tag around when I know full well they buy in pre- made and sometimes pre-rolled bait that has been made with profit and margin in mind.

With no legislation as to what has to be declared on the product, the bait world has some dubious characters. Be careful where and what you buy.

You as the customer can be guaranteed pure fresh quality bait every time, safe in the knowledge that our products have literately gone through hundreds of carps intestines all over the country.

Fish with total confidence as these baits will and have caught everywhere.
